We had "A Country Christmas" this year on Dayton's Historic Main Street! Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving we enjoyed the rich tradition of activities, including holiday barrel tasting, mule drawn hay rides, and classic Main Street shopping. The Liberty Theater had a family movie during Friday and Saturday afternoon and the live theater production of "Once Upon A Mattress" in the evening. New lighted Parade at 5:30 pm followed by a fabulous Friday-night Fireworks at 7 pm, sponsored by Pacific Power, with a backdrop of the oldest courthouse in the state, both events were extremely successful. Downtown Dayton’s Classic Main Street Shopping featured food, crafts, and late night Christmas shopping.  Dayton’s Historic Depot featured a Christmas Market and home made candies. Santa was in town on Friday and Saturday for pictures.
Holiday visitors experienced a "A Country Christmas" this year when visiting Dayton.
All visitors enjoyed the fine dining and elegant lodging for which Dayton is famous.
